My 2¢ about this movie and DVD

This movie is definitely different ... so much so, it has earned a spot in my DVD library. It's a typical good vs. evil storyline with quite a few twists. Interweave good action and excellent one liner's with the characters in this film and you get a combination of elements that seem to make this movie "hot, hot, HOT!".

4 out of 5 Pretty Sweet, May 8, 2008

The Fifth Element (Remastered) Blu-ray is a pretty sweet movie. I have always like the movie Fifth Element but creating this movie as Blu-ray only makes this movie that much sweeter. My advice is if you have the funds go a head and purchase this movie because it is pretty sweet.
5 out of 5 One To Be Added To The Classics , May 2, 2008

I find myself never tiring of watching this film...each time I watch it...I still enjoy watching the cast in action...
3 out of 5 5th Element Blue-Ray , April 29, 2008

Looks amazing, but thought there would be some more extras. All in all a great buy
4 out of 5 Great movie, sharp picture, April 26, 2008

The Fifth Element is one of my favorite sci-fi movies, and this Blu-ray release of it is obviously the best version you can get. The picture is sharp, the colors are vibrant, and the sound is crisp. I originally bought the DVD when it was released. Then I purchased the "SuperBit" version when that came out. It was better, but still left a lot to be desired. This version is near perfect. The movie's age only shows a little bit here and there with some graininess in the picture, but it was never enough to bother me. Considering the price of this movie, I know you won't regret it. Buy it now!
5 out of 5 An oldy but digital elements remastered, April 23, 2008

I was expecting a slight improvment over DVD. The Blue Ray edition (Remastered) exceeded all expectations. Being regionally unlocked for all zones meant it played in zone region 4 and 2 machines. Highly recommended.
